About Us

Gin Chin Handcrafted Small-Batch Gin

At Gin Chin, it starts with a simple goal, to create one of the smoothest, most flavourful artisan gins, right here in Hampshire.

Every bottle of gin is distilled and bottled in Hampshire using traditional techniques, producing our two signature gins: Classic Dry Gin and Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin. Each batch is made in small quantities, with a focus on quality, character, and balance.

From the moment we fire up the copper still to the final hand-applied label, everything is done with care and attention. We work in small runs so we can taste and refine each stage of the process. Only the purest part of the distillation, the heart, makes it into your bottle. This is where the flavour is cleanest and most refined, giving our Classic Dry Gin its smooth, balanced character and 42% ABV. Perfect for sipping neat, mixing into cocktails, or enjoying in a classic G&T.

SIP IN STYLE

For us, gin is about the moments you enjoy it in - garden drinks, time with friends, or a quiet Friday night G&T.

That’s why we created our Gin Chin insulated tumblers: fuss-free, spill-proof, and made to keep your drink just right. Take them outside, relax, and sip your gin your way. Great tasting gin, enjoyed in real moments.

Our copper stills are fired over an open flame, giving us full control over every detail. Our distillery uses the single-shot method and trusts their palate, not a machine, to decide when to make the cuts. The heads and tails are discarded, leaving only the heart, the part that carries the flavour and quality we’re proud to put our name to.
