Since our gin falls under perishable goods and flammable liquids, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds – unless there’s a fault with your order.
If something’s not right, drop us an email at info@gin-chin.com with the details, and we’ll sort it as quickly as possible. Once we’ve looked into the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange if needed.
