Our horsebox bar hire service is fully equipped with fridges, lighting, and a handcrafted serving hatch, offering everything you need for an unforgettable celebration. We’ll take care of the alcohol licence, provide friendly professional staff, and can tailor the bar service to suit your event - from a cash bar where guests pay as they go, to a token or open bar if you’d like to treat your guests.

Designed with flexibility in mind, our mobile horsebox bar can be set up almost anywhere - from lawns and courtyards to fields, driveways, and country estates. Its off-road capability means we can bring the bar to you, wherever the party’s happening.

Whether it’s a summer garden party or a marquee celebration, we’ll make sure your guests are well served.

Based in Hampshire, we’re proud to offer mobile bar hire for parties and events across the region and surrounding areas. Booking is simple: confirm your party or function date and secure with a 50% deposit. Travel is free within 20 miles, with a small £2 per mile charge beyond that.
