The Rice Horsebox Bar comes fully equipped with fridges, lighting, and a handcrafted serving hatch, and we’ll handle the alcohol licence for you. Choose from Dry Hire or Fully Stocked Bar Hire, and customise your setup with a cash bar, open bar, or token system to suit your corporate requirements.

With its off-road capability, our mobile horsebox bar can be set up almost anywhere - from hotel lawns and courtyards to country estates, marquees, or office grounds. Its versatility makes it ideal for corporate celebrations of any size or style.

Based in Hampshire, we offer mobile bar hire for corporate events across the region and nearby areas. Booking is simple: confirm your corporate event date and secure with a 50% deposit. Travel is free within 20 miles, with a small £2 per mile charge beyond that.
