Gin Chin Rhubarb & Raspberry keeps juniper at its core, then adds a fresh twist of tangy rhubarb, sweet raspberry, citrus and pink peppercorn for a bold yet balanced gin. Our chosen blend is traditionally distilled in a copper still, run just once a week for quality and care. Only the heart of the run is kept, for a refined 42% ABV gin that’s gorgeous in cocktails or served long over ice with tonic, fresh raspberry, or a slice of orange.
