Gin Chin Rhubarb & Raspberry keeps juniper at its core, but adds a fresh twist with tangy rhubarb, sweet raspberries, citrus, and pink peppercorns for a bold yet balanced flavour. Each batch is handcrafted in a traditional copper still, fired up just once a week to ensure quality and care. By capturing only the finest cut of the distillation, we create a refined 42% ABV gin that’s perfect in cocktails, or served long over ice with tonic, fresh raspberry, or a slice of orange.
