Every batch of Gin Chin Gin is distilled in a traditional copper still. Our stills are fired up just once a week, ensuring that each bottle is handcrafted with care. We capture the perfect cut of the distillation, selecting only the finest part of the run – between the heads and the tails – where the gin is at its most flavourful and refined. The result? A perfectly balanced, small-batch gin with an ABV of 42%, designed for smooth sipping, mixing, and classic cocktails.
