Gin Chin are makers of small-batch artisan gin, distilled and bottled in Hampshire. We stock two signature gins – Classic Dry Gin and Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin – both hand crafted using traditional distilling methods.
Every batch is distilled in a copper still, fired up just once a week. We take only the best part of the distillation run – known as the heart – where the flavour is cleanest and most refined. It’s this careful process that gives our Classic Dry Gin its smooth, balanced character and 42% ABV, ideal for sipping, mixing, or a timeless G&T.

The Perfect Lady
A floral gin sour with peach and citrus, first created at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel in 1936.
Ingredients:
- 1½ measures Gin Chin Classic Dry Gin
- ¾ measure fresh lemon juice
- ½ measure peach liqueur
- ½ measure egg white
Shake well with ice, strain, then shake and strain again for that perfect smooth finish. Serve straight away and enjoy.
