This isn’t a daydream, but the exciting reality for Gin Chin and our new project, we are on a mission to turn a trusty steed’s former home into a mobile gin bar unlike any other.
The journey began last April when we purchased the run down horse box. We saw potential beyond hay bales and muddy hooves. The vision? A unique, roving haven for gin enthusiasts, offering handcrafted cocktails and a touch of whimsical charm.
Step inside the work-in-progress, and you’re greeted by the satisfying hum of saws and the scent of fresh wood. The original features such as she shape and style of the box are being lovingly preserved, adding a touch of rustic authenticity to the modern bar setup. Imagine sitting outside the box sipping our own branded Gin and a live DJ performance enhancing the experience of Gin Chin.
Beyond the technicalities, Gin Chin is passionate about creating an experience. It’s not just about the drinks, but about the atmosphere. Picture intimate gatherings under string lights, lively music spilling out into the summer air, and the joy of discovering new gins.
