We currently deliver to Mainland GB only, which excludes the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly. If you’re based in one of these areas and would like to place an order, just get in touch before purchasing, and we’ll be happy to provide a delivery quote.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We know you’re excited to get your hands on your Gin Chin order, and we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Please allow up to 5 working days from the time you place your order for it to be delivered. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.

What to do if I haven’t received my order?

If it’s been more than 5 working days since you ordered and haven’t received your parcel, feel free to drop us a message – we’ll be happy to help. Contact us by emailing [email protected].

Changing Your Delivery Address

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to change the delivery address, so please double-check everything before you confirm your order. This is due to us despatching your order within 1 working day.

Returns & Refunds

Since our gin falls under perishable goods and flammable liquids, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds – unless there’s a fault with your order.

If something’s not right, drop us an email at [email protected] with the details, and we’ll sort it as quickly as possible. Once we’ve looked into the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange if needed.

We want you to love every sip of Gin Chin, so if there’s a problem, just let us know – we’ll make it right.
