Classic Dry

What is the classic? The Gin Chin Classic is our own take on a London dry, infused with Juniper then to accompany this we have put slight hints of Orang, Kaffir line, lemongrass and peppercorns to help bing out the body of this Spirit. Our Classic Gin is smooth to he taste and will leave you with a great test.

Perfect for a simple summer cocktail made at home, and will accompany any mixer of your choice, no matter how flavourful that mixer may be.

We pride ourselves and quality over quantity, what does this mean? Each batch of Classic made is distilled in a copper still and the stills are only fired up once a week which makes sure the amount of Gin that is collected is the right moment between the heads and the tails for the optimum body of flavour, but also the highest concentration that Gin is measured at which is an Abv of 42%.
